Kent's newest skate park will offer many more amenities to the public! The park is under phased construction at the corner of SE 240th Street and 116th Avenue SE on the east hill of Kent. The park is a 3 acre site, which includes a one acre land donation from the neighboring Arbor Village retirement community. The park design features skate/BMX flow and street areas, a climbing pinnacle, climbing boulder, children's climbing area, picnic shelter/restroom facility, raised gardens, public art, trails, open grass area, and parking. |
