Routes are the climbing facility's main product and as such must meet the needs of the intended users.  Route quality and consistancy are mandatory for good customer service and relationships.  A bell curve distribution of routes should be maintained in the facility with the mean being around the average climber's ability.  It is important to provide interesting movements at every grade to encourage the continual development of new climbers.
